Mr. Burton is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Corporation. Mr. Burton obtained an LLB from Queen’s University in 1992. He practiced law in Lethbridge and Calgary, Alberta from 1992 through 2003, focusing on business and real estate law.

He is a past Chairman of the Lethbridge Bar Association Real Estate Committee, a former Director of the Lethbridge and District Economic Development Board, served on the Stirling, Alberta, Municipal Council, and served on the Board of Directors of George Wythe College.

Mr. Blaney is the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Corporation. He w as a Director of Affinity Investments Ltd. (real estate investments), and is the President and a Director of Stonehill Enterprises (marketing and promotions).

Mr. Edwards is the Vice-President of Finance of the Corporation. He has been employed in the public accounting field since January 2000, holding positions in international and local firms in the areas of business consulting, assurance, and tax. He has owned businesses operating in land development, health care and logistics. Mr. Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Alberta.

Mr. Harline is a Director of the Corporation and the Chair of the Corporation’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Harline has been the Vice-President and Controller of Servus Credit Union since its amalgamation in 2007 and held the same position with Capital City Savings & Credit Union Ltd., one of the predecessor credit unions, since March 2006. He commenced his employment with Capital City Savings & Credit Union Ltd. in 1997 as Director, Internal Audit.

Mr. Harline received a BSc. and Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in California. He also holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) designations. Mr. Harline has worked in risk-based and compliance audits, financial statement auditing, financial planning and reporting, regulatory reporting and the implementation of accounting standards within the corporate accounting processes.

Mr. Heggie is excited to return as a Director of the Corporation after completing the successful launch of a new venture and pursuing other business interests.  Heggie has a BSc. from Utah State University and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University and brings with him an extensive and varied business background which includes administrative management, sales, and a proven ability to secure significant venture capital.  Mr. Heggie is a Director and Project Manager of Transmark Ltd., the largest private high-throughput rail-trans loading facility in western Canada and is Founder, Chairman, and President of Lethbridge Inland Terminal Ltd., a $24 million modern commodities terminal that opened in 2008.  He also serves on the management committee of the UFA-LIT Joint Venture Crop Nutrition Facility.

Advisory Board

The company has formed an advisory board composed of individuals having valuable experience and expertise in the mineral exploration and mining industries.

Mr. Young is an advisor of the Corporation. He has been active in the mineral exploration industry for over 40 years. For 30 years he owned and operated Donegal Developments Ltd. (contract staking and exploration). He is also President and a Director of International KRL Resources Corp., and President and a Director of Logan Resources Ltd.

Mr. Young has previously worked as a petrographic technician with the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. and as a field technician and supervisor for Watts, Griffis & McQuat (consulting geologists). He is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the B.C. & Yukon Chamber of Mines.

Mr. Harvey has been active in the mining industry for the past 40 years. From 1970 to 1983, he mined placer gold in northern British Columbia. In 1983 he was invited to join the Hughes Lang Group, a group of mineral exploration companies, two of which optioned and financed properties that became Hemlo Gold Mines Ltd. From 1991 through 2003 he served in various capacities, including Vice-President of Aurizon Mines Ltd.

Now semi-retired, Mr. Harvey continues to maintain his extensive contacts with mining analysts, advisers and other industry professionals. He is a life-time member of the Association for Mineral Exploration.

Mr. Mitchell has been employed in the minerals industry for over 40 years, holding positions in corporate finance and administration, marketing of base and precious metals concentrates, environmental permitting and senior executive management with mining companies in Canada and the United States.

Since July 2003 he has owned and operated a business consultant firm, that provides financial and administrative support services to mineral exploration companies. He has served as Senior Vice President with Viceroy Resource Corporation, Executive Vice President and CFO of Orvana Minerals Corp., Executive Vice President and CFO of Constellation Copper Corporation, and currently serves as CFO of Diamondex Resources Ltd, GeoBiotics LLC, and Triex Minerals Corporation.

Mr. Mitchell is a director of First Point Minerals Corp, Endurance Gold Corporation, and Skyline Gold Corporation. He was educated at the University of British Columbia, where he earned B. Sc. (Hon. Chemistry), M. Sc. (Metallurgy) and M.B.A. (Finance) degrees. Mr. Mitchell is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia.
