Concerning the Treaty Creek property, American Creek is confident in its position and in the lawyers representing us.  The examination by American Creek of Dino Cremonese, president of Teuton Resources Corp., is scheduled to begin February 29.  Copies of the Civil Claim and other relevant documents may be found here.  We recognize that shareholders want details concerning the progress of the case, but have been advised by our legal counsel not to comment on the case.
