Raymond, Alberta…American Creek Resources Ltd. (the “Corporation”) today announced that Ayub Umarji has been appointed a Director of the Corporation and will serve on the Corporation’ s Audit Committee.

Mr. Umarji has an extensive and varied business background which includes banking, administrative management, retail sales, real estate and land development, and several decades of investing in the capital markets.

Mr. Umarji’s appointment is subject to approval from the TSX-Venture Exchange.
